The Sound of Christmas is bij het Haagse publiek inmiddels een geliefd hoogtepunt in de aanloop naar kerst. Kinderen vanaf 6 jaar zingen hun favoriete kerstliederen naast de concertkoren die vol passie o.a. het ‘Hallelujah’ van Händel zingen. Met een uiteenlopend programma van Engelse Carols en Nederlandse kerstmuziek tot verrassende volksliederen uit onder meer Puerto Rico of Syrië nemen zij u mee in de kerstsfeer. Het concert staat onder leiding van de directeur van de ACVA, Daniëlle van Lieshout. Laat u meenemen door de jeugdige klanken van kerst!

The Sound of Christmas has become a popular highlight in the weeks before Christmas. Children from the age of 6 sing their favourite Christmas songs next to the concert choirs that passionately sing ‘Hallelujah’ by Händel (among others). With a diverse program of English Carols and Dutch Christmas songs, combined with surprising folksongs from f.e. Puerto Rico or Syria they will ignite the Christmas spirit. The concert is conducted by the artistic director of the ACVA, Daniëlle van Lieshout. Let yourself get carried away by the Sound of Christmas!
